First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit

There has been so much talk about the new Stimulous Package, that it has me confused! So lets clear up some of the confusion!!! Here are a few modifications to the 1st Time Homebuyer Tax Credit:

* The Credit Amount has Increased to $8000

*You can use Bond Funding and Still recieve the credit

* No repayment of the Tax Credit ($8000) if you keep the home for 3 years

* Credit applies for Home Sales between January 1, 2009 and December 1, 2009

As long as you have not owned a Primary Residence in the last 3 years, you are considered a 1st Time Buyer!!!! This is an amazing opportunity to make your American Dream come true!

Call me now and Lets make that Dream a Reality!
